Who they were

The Roman Martyrology for 3 April places him at London, a monk of the Charterhouse of the city, always faithful to the observance of the rule, who was long imprisoned under King Henry VIII and finally handed over to the gallows at Tyburn.

The miracles

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.

Why that counted as sanctity

Held to the Church under Henry VIII and died on the gallows at Tyburn.

The cause

The cause continues. No postulation address is published here yet. Favours received through this person’s intercession, and offers of help, are best sent to the religious order or congregation they belonged to, or to the diocese where the cause was opened; either will pass them to the postulation.

A miracle approved by the Holy See is needed for the next step. If you know the postulation’s own page, tell us and it will be added here.
