Who they were
Tudur (6th cent.), son of Arwystli Gloff, Patron of Darowain, Montgomery, and perhaps of Mynyddyslwyn, Monmouth. Perhaps the same as Tydio.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
Stanton's Menology of England and Wales (1887) lists him among the Welsh saints to whom churches are dedicated.
