In the village of Alberic in the territory of Valencia in Spain, Blessed Salvador Estrugo Solves, priest and martyr, who, during the persecution, endured every adversity for love of Christ until he obtained the palm of victory.

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 21 August as a priest martyred at Alberic.
