Who they were
At Gubbio in Umbria, Saint Rodolfo, bishop, who laboured in preaching and generously gave to the poor all that he could withhold from the expenses of his own person.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 26 June as a bishop of Gubbio who preached and gave the poor all he could spare from his own needs.
