Who they were

The commemoration of Saint Phoebe, a servant of the Lord among the faithful of Cenchreae in Greece, who together with many others helped the blessed Apostle Paul, as he himself bears witness in the Letter to the Romans.

The miracles

There was never a formal cause: she has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers her on 3 September as a servant of the Lord among the faithful of Cenchreae in Greece who helped the Apostle Paul.
