Who they were
Saints Augustine Zhao Rong, priest, Peter Sanz, bishop, and companions, martyrs, who in various times and places in China bravely bore witness to the Gospel of Christ by word and by life and, having fallen victim to persecutions for preaching or professing the faith, were refreshed at the glorious banquet of heaven.
The miracles
The Roman Martyrology does not describe the miracles approved in the cause.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 9 July as a bishop among the martyrs of China who bore witness to the Gospel.
