Who they were
At Lampsacus on the Hellespont, in present-day Turkey, Saint Parthenius, bishop, who, in the time of the emperor Constantine, is said by tradition to have spread the faith by preaching and by the example of his life.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 7 February as a bishop of Lampsacus said to have spread the faith under Constantine.
