Who they were

At Naples, Blessed Paolo Manna, priest of the Pontifical Institute for Foreign Missions, who, having left his missionary ministry in Burma because of poor health, worked hard for the work of evangelization, devoting himself with great zeal to preaching the word of God and to promoting the unity of Christians.

The miracles

The Roman Martyrology does not describe the miracles approved in the cause.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 15 September as a missionary to Burma who went on to promote evangelization and Christian unity.

The cause

Paolo Manna has been beatified; the cause continues. Favours received, and offers of help, go to the postulation, the office that carries the cause forward: PIME General Postulation: the cause of Blessed Paolo Manna.

A miracle approved by the Holy See is needed for the next step. Reporting one begins with the postulation.
