Who they were
Pabioli, or Pallai (5th or 6th cent.), of the family of Brychan, Patron of a chapel called Pantypallai. It is said that the Irish call him Pianno or Piapponus.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
Stanton's Menology of England and Wales (1887) lists him among the Welsh saints to whom churches are dedicated.
