Who they were

At Perge in Pamphylia, in present-day Turkey, the passion of Saint Nestor, bishop of Magydos and martyr, who, arrested during the persecution of the Emperor Decius, was condemned by the governor of the province to the cross, so that he who had confessed the Crucified might suffer the same death.

The miracles

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 25 February as a bishop of Magydos crucified at Perge under Emperor Decius.
