Who they were

Mosè Tovini was born at Cividate Camuno on 27 December 1877, the eldest of eight children. His uncle and godfather was Blessed Giuseppe Tovini.

A priest of Brescia, he became rector of its seminary.

The miracles

The Dicastery's biography does not describe the miracles approved in the cause.

Why that counted as sanctity

A priest of Brescia who trained its future priests.

The cause

Mosè Tovini has been beatified; the cause continues. Favours received, and offers of help, go to the postulation, the office that carries the cause forward: Diocese of Brescia: the cause of Blessed Mosè Tovini.

A miracle approved by the Holy See is needed for the next step. Reporting one begins with the postulation.
