The miracles

Cause open

A cause for canonisation has been opened, which is what Servant of God means. Heroic virtue has not yet been declared and no miracle has been examined.

Why that counted as sanctity

Limited information is available on this saint so far.

The cause

Marie-Joseph Lagrange is named a Servant of God; the cause continues. Favours received, and offers of help, go to the postulation, the office that carries the cause forward: Postulation for the cause of Marie-Joseph Lagrange.

A miracle approved by the Holy See is needed for the next step. Reporting one begins with the postulation.
