María Dolores Sobrino Cabrera
Married laywoman, martyr of the persecution in Spain
Who they were
María Dolores Sobrino Cabrera was born at Constantina near Seville on 19 April 1868 and married Rafael Cabezas Ruival de Flores on 27 December 1891. Active in her parish, she was shot in the church of Constantina on 23 July 1936. Pope Francis beatified her on 18 November 2023.
