Who they were

In the city of Los Reyes in Peru, Blessed Luigi Tezza, priest of the Order of Clerics Regular, Ministers of the Sick, who, to serve God among the sick, founded the Congregation of the Daughters of Saint Camillus, which he wisely set on many works of charity.

The miracles

The Roman Martyrology does not describe the miracles approved in the cause.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 26 September as a Camillian priest who founded the Daughters of Saint Camillus to serve God among the sick.

The cause

Luigi Tezza has been beatified; the cause continues. Favours received, and offers of help, go to the postulation, the office that carries the cause forward: Daughters of Saint Camillus: the cause of Blessed Luigi Tezza.

A miracle approved by the Holy See is needed for the next step. Reporting one begins with the postulation.
