Who they were

Near Munich in Bavaria, Germany, in the Dachau prison camp, Blesseds Józef Pawłowski and Kazimierz Grelewski, priests and martyrs: deported in time of war from Poland, invaded by persecutors of the faith, they crowned their martyrdom by death by hanging.

The miracles

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 9 January as a Polish priest and martyr hanged at Dachau.

The cause

Kazimierz Grelewski has been beatified; the cause continues. Favours received, and offers of help, go to the postulation, the office that carries the cause forward: Diocese of Radom: Blessed Kazimierz Grelewski.

A miracle approved by the Holy See is needed for the next step. Reporting one begins with the postulation.
