Who they were

Saint Jucundus (Giocondo) was the third bishop of the diocese of Aosta, honoured alongside the hermit Saint Ursus and the earlier bishop and patron Saint Gratus. Little can be said of him for certain given the distance of time and the lack of documents, but it is known that he took part in the Councils of Rome of 501 and 502. Aosta keeps his feast on 30 December.

The miracles

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.

Why that counted as sanctity

Third bishop of Aosta, who took part in the Councils of Rome of 501 and 502; feast 30 December.
