Claretian priest, martyr of the persecution in Spain
Who they were
Born at Olot on 5 December 1881, he made his religious profession on 11 September 1898 and was ordained priest on 30 September 1906. He was killed on 14 October 1936, and Pope Francis beatified him among the Claretian martyrs of Spain on 21 October 2017.

The decree on martyrdom records that he was killed on 14 October 1936, after thirty years as a priest.
