Who they were

At Warsaw in Poland, Blessed Michael Czartoryski, priest of the Order of Preachers and martyr, who, during the invasion of Poland by enemies of God, died by firing squad near the local parish for refusing to deny the faith.

The miracles

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 6 September as a Dominican priest shot at Warsaw for refusing to deny the faith.

The cause

Jan Franciszek Czartoryski has been beatified; the cause continues. Favours received, and offers of help, go to the postulation, the office that carries the cause forward: Dominicans: the cause of Blessed Michal Czartoryski.

A miracle approved by the Holy See is needed for the next step. Reporting one begins with the postulation.
