Ildefonso Muñoz Pretel was a layman, born at Villanueva del Arzobispo and married on 31 May 1919, who was killed in the cemetery of Iznatoraf on 28 or 29 August 1936. He was beatified on 13 December 2025 by Pope Leo XIV among the 124 martyrs of Jaén.
