Who they were

With him are commemorated three Egyptian bishops, Hesychius, Pachomius and Theodore, who, also at Alexandria, suffered together with many others in the same persecution and rose to heaven cruelly pierced through with the sword.

The miracles

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 25 November as an Egyptian bishop who suffered at Alexandria with many others in the same persecution and was cruelly pierced through with the sword.
