Who they were

At Corinth in Achaia, in Greece, Saint Heliconis, martyr, who, in the time of the emperor Gordian, under the governor Perennius and then under his successor Justinus, endured many torments and crowned her martyrdom by beheading.

The miracles

There was never a formal cause: she has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers her on 28 May as a martyr at Corinth who endured many torments under the governors Perennius and Justinus and was beheaded.
