Felices de Génova
Feast: 6 November (not on the universal Roman calendar; kept in the Roman Martyrology or local calendars)
Who they were
Felice was bishop of Genoa in the 4th-5th century, remembered chiefly as the father and teacher of Saint Syrus, who succeeded him and whose name became attached to the city's episcopal see. Little else of his life has come down with certainty, and his veneration was always confined to Genoa; the Archdiocese keeps his commemoration on 6 November together with Saints Valentino and Romolo, the first and fourth bishops of the city, and his remains rest with theirs, partly in the city's cathedral and partly in the basilica once dedicated to the Twelve Apostles.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
