Eusebius of Antioch
Who they were
Eusebius of Antioch was a Greek religious of Syria, probably born at Antioch, nephew of the abbot Marinus, who founded the monastery of Coryphe between Antioch and Beroea. On his uncle's death he succeeded him as abbot; through his austerity he gained a reputation for holiness and had many disciples. He died at the end of the 4th century, and the Catholic Church considers him a saint.
