Who they were
Also at Zaragoza, commemoration of Saint Engratia, virgin and martyr, who, cruelly tortured, survived every torment, bearing for some time still on her limbs the marks of those wounds.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: she has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers her on 16 April as a virgin and martyr of Zaragoza who survived cruel tortures, bearing their wounds for a time.
