Who they were

Élisabeth Arrighi Leseur (16 October 1866 – 3 May 1914), born Pauline Élisabeth Arrighi, was a French mystic best known for her spiritual diary and the conversion of her husband, Félix Leseur (1861–1950), a medical doctor and well known leader of the French anti-clerical, atheistic movement. The miracles

Cause open

A cause for canonisation has been opened, which is what Servant of God means. Heroic virtue has not yet been declared and no miracle has been examined.

Why that counted as sanctity

Limited information is available on this saint so far.

The cause

Elisabeth Leseur is named a Servant of God; the cause continues. Favours received, and offers of help, go to the postulation, the office that carries the cause forward: Diocese of Paris: the cause of Elisabeth Leseur.

A miracle approved by the Holy See is needed for the next step. Reporting one begins with the postulation.
