Who they were
At Bourges in the region of Aquitaine, in France, Saint Desideratus, bishop, who was first keeper of the king's seal and endowed this Church with relics of the martyrs.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 8 May as a bishop of Bourges, once the king's keeper of the seal, who endowed his Church with relics of the martyrs.
