Who they were

At Madrid in Spain, Blessed Crescencio García Pobo, priest of the Capuchin Tertiaries of Our Lady of Sorrows and martyr, who, during the persecution against the faith, shed his blood for Christ.

The miracles

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 3 October as a Capuchin Tertiary priest martyred at Madrid.

The cause

Crescencio García Pobo has been beatified; the cause continues. Favours received, and offers of help, go to the postulation, the office that carries the cause forward: Amigonian Tertiary Capuchins: the cause of Crescencio García Pobo.

A miracle approved by the Holy See is needed for the next step. Reporting one begins with the postulation.
