Who they were
Anna Antonietta Mezzacapo, in religion Colomba di Gesù Ostia, was prioress of the Discalced Carmelite monastery of St Teresa at Marcianise; she was born at Marcianise (Caserta, Italy) on 15 June 1914 and died there on 13 August 1969. Pope Francis recognised her heroic virtue on 22 May 2021.
