Brother of the Christian Schools, martyr of the persecution in Spain
Who they were
The decree on martyrdom records that he was born in 1912, was a religious of the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools and a member of the community at Cambrils near Barcelona, and that he was killed at Paterna on 22 November together with the brother named before him. He was beatified on 11 March 2001 by Pope John Paul II.

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.
Why that counted as sanctity
The decree names him among the Brothers of the Christian Schools killed in the persecution of 1936.
