Who they were
At Clermont-Ferrand in the region of Aquitaine, in France, Saint Aprunculus, bishop, who, driven from the see of Langres by Gundobad, king of the Burgundians, came to Clermont-Ferrand and was placed at the head of that Church.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 14 May as a bishop driven from Langres who was made head of the Church of Clermont-Ferrand.
