Who they were

At Spoleto in Umbria, Blessed Christina (Agostina) Camozzi, who, after her husband's death, gave herself for a time to the desires of the flesh, and then embraced, in the Secular Order of Saint Augustine, a life of penance devoted to prayer and to the service of the sick and the poor.

The miracles

The Roman Martyrology does not describe the miracles approved in the cause.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers her on 13 February as a widow who turned to a life of penance, prayer and service of the sick and poor in the Secular Augustinian Order.

The cause

Agostina Camozzi has been beatified; the cause continues. Favours received, and offers of help, go to the postulation, the office that carries the cause forward: Augustinians: Blessed Agostina Camozzi of Spoleto.

A miracle approved by the Holy See is needed for the next step. Reporting one begins with the postulation.
