Who they were
Near Verdun in Austrasia, in the territory of present-day France, Saint Agericus, bishop, who built churches and baptisteries and suffered much from King Theodoric for having made his church a place of asylum for fugitives.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 1 December as a bishop who built churches and suffered from King Theodoric for giving asylum to fugitives.
