Who they were
St. Adalgisus, monk and priest of St. Michael’s in Picardy, was one of the companions of St. Fursues and for a time lived in the monastery of Lagny. After he had been ordained a priest, he entered a solitude and also made a pilgrimage to Rome. He died about 670 and was always venerated as a Saint.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
A Benedictine Martyrology (1922) remembers him on 2 June.
